Bengoshi no Kuzu~ Epi 8 to Final

First drama of the spring season that i actually finished (after kurosagi, of-course XD)
Overall~ a very surprising drama~! with a slight mix of hentai stuff, but the things that are discussed in the drama really reflects society today...
This drama doesn't glamourize lawyers, but portray them as people with flaws...meeting people and clients that aren't so perfect as well. Every episode reflects on different things that everyone can relate to.
Nothing grand and pleasing like those lawyer dramas we see normally. None of that 'evil prevails' 'justice lives on' and such. Even when the case is won, it doesn't mean that the truth has been proven...

I don't think I gave this drama a very high rating in my other post...but now i give it a 9/10

P.S. i remember i once said that this drama had no eyecandies...lol, personally, i still think that...but it turned out that one of the main character, Ito Hideaki, is a model-turned actor (or is it actor-turned model..gosh, i can never get how to use that.. XD) ya, and he's been in millions of dramas + movies~
he's supposedly very hot oh~
ahaha, excuse me for not thinking so... it's just personal preference.
Everyone in this drama has wonderful acting though~ ^_^
I would highly recommend this drama if you don't mind the occasional hentai and over-dramatized bits. The...i guess you can say, morals, that we learn from this drama is very true and would probably help us realize what we're in for in society... XD

Bengoshi no Kuzu~ Epi 7

I didn't really get the deeper meaning of this epi~
it's about an old man who has died of cancer and he has left a portion of his money to a complete stranger to his family.
The family goes to court claiming that the will must have been tampered with. It turns out that this stranger was a young lady in her 20's. She claims to have fallen in love with the old man who was 39 years older than her.
The girl was abused and abandoned by her mother and stepfather when she was young, therefore she really misses her father. When she grew up, she subconciously falls in love with men older than her and resembles her late father.
So, i guess they were trying to say that age is not an important factor in love and relationships.

On the side, it was also mentioned that the old man had never did anything for himself during his life. He had no hobby or interests. He lived for others (mainlyhis childre, i guess)
but kuzu said that prehaps, living for his children was his hobby, that was his goal in life. And the fact that he left a portion of his money to a girl that he had only met once and fell in love with (well, i think the man just pitied her...) was an act that only a baka would do. but it is because the world has bakas like him that makes it a place people love and isn't willing to leave...

(mmm, that doesn't really make sense, does it~? XD)

Bengoshi no Kuzu~ Epi 6

This epi mainly talked about a man being accused of harassing a lady on the train~
The man claims to be innocent, yet appears to be hiding something~
it turns out that he has been putting on a fake facade all these years (mmm, reminds me of shuuji from nobuta oh~ but with a twist XD) it turns out that he was gay, and even though he was married, he never even had sex with his wife.
Mmm, fake facades~ i liked this epi~ there's nothing wrong with being gay oh~ i thought the couple was very sweet~ how they supported each other no matter what. Even when the man was getting married, his other half gave him his blessing~
i'm glad in the end they went back together. But the bengoshi is right T_T
they're going to encounter a lot of hardships now that they've come out of the closet...what a sad world...

Bengoshi no Kuzu~ Epi 5

Another nice epi~
In this epi, a little girl shows up claiming Kuzu as her father because she found his photo in her mom's photo album~
Kuzu was absolutely sure that she was not his daughter and he is determined to go find the girl's real father. But during which, he starts to care for the little girl. In the end, the audience weren't told who was the real father, but Kuzu decided to adopt her nonetheless~
So, the main focus was whether or not it is genetics and all that DNA stuff that determines who your family is~
It's funny since this topic was mentioned in conversation once~ I believe it doesn't matter oh~ and i think many would agree~
The people who have raised me is my mom and dad~ that's all to it, no~?
So what if someone else is my biological mother and father, they're probably no more than a stranger to me~

Bengoshi no Kuzu~ Epi 4

Wow, it's like they heard me complaining about eyecandy XD
one of the saito brothers is in this epi~! yay~ mmm, i had no idea which twin it was though~ i was guessing that it was shota the whole time, cuz he looks older~ but then i looked at the credits and it was actually keita~ (*advertising* keita was in Gachibaka with massu and tegoshi oh~)

This episode was mainly about how even the most innocent-looking people can be decieving. Things that we see may not be true and sometimes what we hear may only be diversions to cover up the truth~

Ahh~ so true~ yet if I really pile all the things "bengoshi no kuzu' is telling us right now, well, mankind is evil~ haha~ true...yet...scary, no~?

Bengoshi no Kuzu~ Epi 3

As shallow as I may be, this series really does lack eye candy...
and I don't think the main point of the drama is really about how they solve the cases and such since the main bengoshi is always so smart, he just sits and solves everything, haha, not many of those 'collecting clues' and such.
Instead, it seems like every episode is trying send across a message of some sort~

First episode mainly introduced the characters and their backgrounds.
Second episode talked about a girl and how she believes that all men are hentai and cannot be trusted, therefore, it is ok to lie to them and use them for her own advantage. That's when I started to like this drama inspite of the whole eye candy ordeal.
This episode, the third, dicusses how Cinderella must have dropped her glass slipper on purpose in an attempt to get the prince to notice her. If the glass slipper really did fit so well, then how can it came off so easily?
First of all, I never thought of it that way..first kurosaki saying how cinderella might not have had a happy ending after they got married, and now bengoshi no kuzu says that Cinderella had dropped her shoe on purpose in order to save herself from her evil stepsisters...
mmm, suddenly, all those fairytales doesn't seem so magical anymore, ne~?

Bengoshi no Kuzu~ Epi 2

i wanted to delete the file as soon as possible so i decided to watch epi 2 instead of maybe watching busu where it will be full of shige-goodness XD

and, it was still kindda exaggerated and the storyline at points were clearly IMPOSSIBLE~ but, i thought it wasn't as bad as i thought~ there were some pretty meaningful stuff it had to offer about life~ the only thing this drama is missing is eye-candy~ then it'd probably be all good XD)

yupz, just wanted to write my speel to let the drama redeem it self after i gave it a 5.5/10.... if i had to rate again~ i think it's probably be in the high 6's and low 7's~ not bad~ but i guess only watch it if you have no eye-candy to feast upon~
