okies~ I had a BusuKoi mania day yesterday...so, i'm not sure what exactly happened in this specific epi...oh, i think osamu's old gf came back~ so now there's a love triangle~..no wait...square....osamu, miyuki, osamu's current gf, osamu's old gf...haha, call me stupid...but what's the shape called with 5 sides...@_@ i seriously don't remember...well~ it could even be that if we include poor shige~

So~ Epi 4 starts off with Miyuki's dad wanting miyuki to go back home (to the country) with him. In a desperate attempt to stay in tokyo~ miyuki lies that she has a boyfriend~ now, she has to find a man to pretend to be his bf for a day~
of-course at the very end, osamu helped her out~
